Από το xda-developers.com:
"It is possible under Linux with the project called SynCE (http://www.synce.org). Earlier this month a new release (0.11) introduced good support for wm5/wm6. Currently we are trying to package it for the major distributions ( IIRC we already have packages for Fedora Rawhide, people are working on Debian/Unbuntu packages and we have someone working on opensuse packages).

Furthermore, for people that have KDE running and/or have Qt4 running, i have been working on a small program that builds ontop of the SynCE components to provide a Manager application for your WM5/WM6 phone. The name is SynCE-KPM and screenshots/progress can be found on my homepage (
http://www.guidodiepen.nl). It is written in Python and it makes use of PyQt4. It will display notifications when you (un)plug a phone, it gives you some general information about the phone. It also allows you to install CAB files to the phone and uninstall any installed program. Finally, it also presents a GUI for the partnership management. NOTE: One function of ActiveSync that SynCE-KPM will not do is syncing, that is done via other programs.

There is also support for syncing your phone to your PIM application. For this the opensync library is used to do the actual syncing. The opensync library has plugins for both evolution as well as kontact. One project within the SynCE (sync-engine) is a project that talks 'ActiveSync' to the phone and transforms the data from this to something opensync understands. Vice versa, after the syncing is actually done by the opensync lib, it sends data back to sync-engine, which in turn will communicate this back to the phone via 'ActiveSync' talk.
